Pep Boys-Manny, Moe & Jack (NYSE:PBY) announced yesterday it will be acquired for $15 a share. Stockdiagnostics upgraded PBY @ $9.58 (dividend adjusted) on September 12, 2011 after the company reported 2nd quarter financials for the period ending July 31,2011. Since the upgrade shares have appreciated 56% in 5 months.
